There is a saying “Be happy for this moment, this moment is your life” & with that being said, is what makes photography very special to me. Being able to capture moments, whether they be planned or not, it’s your life, your experience’s, your blessings captured through a photograph. I tend to photograph what your everyday person would shoot; nature, people, architecture, animals, etc. Though I do have my own fascinations that I love to capture. For a time I was fascinated with objects that are blue; 

 it’s a strange focal fetish. I love to capture the New Mexican culture: santos, churches, art, Spanish & latino culture, Native American images, and especially catholic iconography. I Love photographing people, making a connection with people while we shoot is an amazing experience and it’s a special pleasure to capture anyone in love with his or her craft while in the moment. I definitely love to capture abstractions, very colorful and ambient, twisted, strange, geometric subjects in unfamiliar places, the beauty of crystals, glitter and gems and the color and the character of flowers which is a minimalist fashion I really enjoy.I Love to capture photographs of women, the feminine universe, the carrier of life and love. Whether it’s a casual, artistic, nude or fashion shot, I’m enticed to the energy of females. Even when they’re in a natural state, the means of a woman simply “being” is very intriguing, provocative and powerful. For centuries artists have captured women through art and to this day still can be conceived as controversial or divine, depending on who is observing the piece, it is subjective, though I truly see it as works of art. The feminine element has been something that has inspired me all my life. It is an extension of my emotions, inspiration and expression.

When a photographer captures a special moment, it can tell a story, give a vibration, remind you of a memory, cause euphoria for your senses and really make you wonder in a moment of inspiration. That is why photography is my medium to capture real life or create a visual scenario that wouldnt exist otherwise. I can bring my dreams & fantasies, idealistic visions and spontaneity to life while simultaneously stamping moments in time!
